Light conversion film is a patented product developed by Dalian LuminglightCo.,Ltd. It is a soft polymer light conversion film, light conversion polymer layer can withstand a high temperature of 200℃, the transparent PET film on the surface can be peel off according to requirements, the film has performance of physical and chemical stability, various colors, high brightness, uniform of light, and long life. This film can be excited by blue light under 500nm,and also can be excited by white light or mixing light source.The light conversion film is widely applied in plane light, tube light, strip light , new type lighting products and digital tube display products.

5. with light diffusing particles, there is light diffusion, it can be used instead of diffusion film.    

    Applications and Notices

1. This film is optical , so should make the smooth surface facing away from the light source when using.

2. Should be working on flat surface and the working temperature is 10~40℃。

3. The optical conversion film can be cut into various shapes, then place somewhere (like line board, light guide board, or chip surface and so on) directly, playing the role of light conversion.

4. There are transparent PET substrates on the surface of light conversion film. The PET can be peel off after the film is fixed according to the requirements, and only leaving high temperature resistance light conversion layer,.

5. We can use screen printing design, text and other methods on the surface of light conversion film, forming a underlay light.

6. Before put it on the surface of object, the surface should be cleaned, no oil, dust and so on.

7. This light conversion film has certain thermal expansion and contraction properties, so they should not be placed at discretion after sliced, should be put into the folder or put heavy pressure to prevent deformation and curling.

    Packaging and Storage

1. Packaging: roll or sheet form, external plastic film packaging.

2. Storage: the film should be stored in ventilated, dry and cool place，at 15~30℃,  relative humidity 40~60%.
